Reimagining the ShoreLand
The ShoreLand is a project in Miami Beach, originally supposed to be 10 stories but due to the collapse of the Miami real estate market in the 20’s the project was only completed to two stories. This project focused on taking the original footprint of the building and redesigning it to withstand a new high rise office building. Elements of this project included designing the HVAC systems, electrical system, and the lighting system while also allowing the building to have air flow to ventilate by natural tropical cross breezes.
