Housing for All

The Miami Beach housing project aimed to create a residential building that could accommodate every based on age, physical need, and community need. There were three separate buildings with different housing types to accommodate Millennials. Gen X, and Baby Boomers.

Flooding and sea level rise are major concerns for Miami, so this project also had to withstand the rising see, achieved by raising all of the residential spaces 12 feet above the ground.
